TALLER FAMILIAR: LIQUATS CASOLANS.

Un taller on aprendrem les propietats dels liquats i maneres d’aprofitar-ne la polpa.

Els liquats fets a casa, són molt més saludables que els processats, són més barats, generen un menor impacte al medi ambient i, si triem productes de proximitat per elaborar-los encara millor.

A càrrec d’en David Olivé; cuiner format a l’escola Hoffman, dietista i professor de cuina natural a IFPS Roger de Llúria. Navegant dins el món de la cuina sana recorre escoles consolidades i d’altres tot just iniciades. Amb la voluntat de compartir i apropar a tothom que hi estigui interessat conceptes com Sobirania alimentària i menjar de veritat (Real food), claus per afrontar els temps que venen.
