Per participar-hi caldrà lliurar les truites a les 11 h. a la zona d’activitats del mercat amb un rètol on hi figuri el nom de la truita i els ingredients que porta.
A les 12 h. el jurat anunciarà els guanyadors i es procedirà al tast.
